1. Account

We reserve the right to disable your account at any time, including if you violate these terms, engage in activities that may harm the Services or infringe upon third-party rights, or breach applicable laws.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us. Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated, and any content or information associated with it will be permanently lost.

We strongly advise all users to exercise caution when sharing personal information. Please refrain from posting or disclosing any sensitive data, including but not limited to: URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, instant messaging details, credit card information, full names, home addresses, driver's license details, national identity numbers, or any other information that could be misused.

Please note that photos you share may also contain sensitive personal information. By uploading or submitting such content to our services, you explicitly consent to our processing and publication of this data, making it visible to other users.

You assume full responsibility for any personal information you choose to disclose. Should you share content that violates any provision of this Policy, whether explicitly or implicitly, we reserve the right to terminate your profile.

8. Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. However, due to safety requirements such as content moderation and age verification, withdrawal of consent will result in the automatic deletion of your account. We do not sell your personal information, but we may share data with analytics or advertising partners to improve your experience, subject to your consent. Withdrawing your consent will stop such non-essential data sharing.

You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, understand the categories and purposes of processing, obtain information about data retention periods and categories of recipients, and request a copy of your personal data.

Where applicable, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, reusable format, or to request its direct transfer to another controller.

You have the right to request the prompt correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

If there is no longer a justified reason for the continued processing of your personal information, you have the right to request its immediate deletion. Data deletion will result in the removal of your entire user account. We will not retain any non-anonymized data for more than six months after account deletion, and accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months will be deactivated. You may submit a deletion request via the "Account Settings" in the app, and we will process it within seven business days.

Under specific circumstances (such as disputing the accuracy of the data), you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal information.

Based on your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information based on our legitimate interests. We will assess and inform you whether compelling reasons exist for continued processing. You may unconditionally object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
